Deposits are required to reserve your hunt dates and are non-refundable. If a hunt needs to be changed, rescheduled, or canceled, your deposit may be applied toward a future booking based on the timing of the change:

• 30+ days before your hunt: full deposit can be applied to a rescheduled hunt

• 8–29 days before: $500 per hunter, per scheduled hunting day is forfeited; any remaining balance can be applied to a future hunt

• Within 7 days of your hunt: full deposit is forfeited

 

Because guides and resources are scheduled in advance, these policies apply regardless of reason for cancellation
