Deposits are required to reserve your hunt dates and are non-refundable. If your hunt needs to be rescheduled or canceled, your deposit may be applied toward a future booking. The following guidelines apply to each hunter in the party:

• 30+ days before your hunt: full deposit can be applied to a future hunt

• 11–29 days before your hunt: $500 of the deposit is forfeited, the remaining balance can be applied to a future hunt

• 10 or less days before your hunt: full deposit is forfeited

Because guides and resources are scheduled in advance, these policies apply regardless of reason for cancellation
