The American Bison is a magnificent animal that provided excellent nutrition to the American Indians. You too can take advantage of this wonderful source of lean, great-tasting meat by harvesting one of our young, two-year-old Bison. These animals weighnearly 1,000 pounds now and have been fed high quality protein for more than a year now.

Your harvest will begin by driving with your guide to locate the herd. There you will select your animal and shoot it. We will then transport the animal to our meat processing area where it will be field dressed for you. Because of the large size we are unable to process this animal any further.We will take it to a local meat processor in Kerrville for professional processing at your direction or will load it onto your trailer or truck for transport to a meat processor of your choice.

The full price for your Bison is $1,600, guide fee and ranch fees included.
